Benefits of At Home Treatment
- You’re SAFE and it’s okay to want that. You’ve been through a trauma and it takes a toll. Wanting to feel safe in your own home is completely rational.
- It might HURT to turn your head right now. Please don’t hurt yourself more in order to get help. Help can come to you!
- Less of a time commitment. A car accident can be an unfortunate time suck that you were obviously not planning for. In home treatment minimizes this problem, as does direct billing
- Total control of your environment. You want a fire? Great. Have the treatment in the foyer? Also great. Your path to recovery can start in your favorite space.
- You have 100% of my attention. There’s no other room with another patient. It’s just you, getting focused treatment the entire time.

About Dr. Amanda Freed, L.Ac.
I’m Dr. Amanda Freed, a Licensed Acupuncturist specializing in pain relief, orthopedics, and neuromuscular therapy. My journey in acupuncture and herbal medicine culminated in a Doctorate from Daoist Traditions (2020-2024), complementing my background as an Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapist and Health Educator from the National Holistic Institute (2012-2013). I am passionate about utilizing a range of techniques, including electroacupuncture, trigger point therapy, gua sha, and cupping, to help my patients achieve optimal wellness.
I have been working with muskuloskeletal pain for more than a decade and something that comes up over and over again as the origin story for that pain is car accidents. Our bodies were not designed for them and are confused by the trauma that they inflict. I use a multi-faceted approach to heal from the injury without it turning into chronic pain.
